How can I order furniture from Sound Designs?

How soon after ordering will I get my furniture?

Typical lead time is six to eight weeks for custom furniture.

 

How should I care for my Sounds Designs piece?

Our furniture is finished with a natural, non-toxic oil. Please avoid using harsh cleaners. 

Instead, use one of the following methods:

 

· Use warm soapy water, carefully wipe completely dry.

· Or Mix one part vinegar with ten parts water and clean with a terry cotton cloth.

 

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery in the Greater New York Area.

 

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer both domestic and international shipping.

 

What types of wood do you have in stock?

We're always adding different types of wood to our inventory. Here are some of the most popular.

I have a slab, can you turn it into a table for me?

Unfortunately, no. To ensure quality control, we only work with wood that has been through our process.

 

Can you salvage my tree?

We may be interested in acquiring exceptional trees. Please consider the following prior to reaching out to us:

 

· Sound Designs does not cut down or remove trees. We work with individuals and facilities in our service area to find downed trees that would otherwise go to waste.

· Property owners are responsible for working with a licensed tree service for tree removal.
