What's Covered: Structural Integrity: We warrant our products to be free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Finishes: We warrant our finishes to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos documenting the defect. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we'll repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. While the warranty coverage expires, we remain committed to supporting our customers and will do our best to assist with any issues that may arise.
